Bank of America lifted its price targets on Nvidia and AMD shortly after the announcement, saying the sovereign projects could offset restrictions in China. KKR — The private equity firm gained nearly 2% on a Morgan Stanley upgrade to overweight from equal weight , with the bank saying an improving macroeconomic outlook on the heels of the U.S.-China tariff agreement could lead to a recovery in capital markets and ultimately boost KKR.
