41 A.P. students reach New Delhi from Kashmir

Forty-one students of Andhra Pradesh safely reached New Delhi from Kashmir on Saturday amidst India and Pakistan war, with the help of AP Bhavan.

An official release said that of the 41 students who returned to the national capital, five had left for their hometowns.

A 24×7 control room with phone numbers 011 – 23387089, 9871999430 and 9871999053 had been set up at the AP Bhavan to assist people of A.P. residing in or travelling to the border States. Further assistance could be sought from AP Bhavan Deputy Commissioner M.V.S. Rama Rao (phone number 9871990081) and liaison officer V. Suresh Babu (9818395787).

It was stated that AP Bhavan was continuously monitoring the situation and coordinating with the Central government and the governments of the border States concerned to ensure necessary support that might be required by the people.
